Computer High Speed Gravure Printing Machine ( Three Motors)

Purpose

The machine, widely used in various high class printing products, is suitable for the one-time continuous multi-color printing of roll-like film materials of excellent printing properties including BOPP, PET, PVC, PE, aluminum foil, and web.

Performance & Feature

1. Every control module of the automatic color register system is equipped with a microprocessor which can correct the deviation of color register quickly and accurately.

2. The main motor is equipped with frequency converter for the speed regulation

3.Unwinding tension adopts the automatic tension controller and the magnetic powder brake.

4. Rewinding process employs the torque motor and the double-station automatic turret.

5. Closed oven, independent heating hot air blowing system and automatic constant temperature system.

6. Pneumatic pressing and traction system and pneumatic scraping blade system

7. Diaphragm-type pneumatic ink auto circulating system

8. Inflatable air shaft for unwinding/rewinding material loading

9. Printing linear speed and meter counting display

10. Shaftless printing cylinder loading device

11. The still frame can be selected.

12. Five-motor or seven-motor closed tension control system is optional.
